The guys at Firestone were amazing and helpful. Wasn’t able to get my truck worked on seeing it’s a bigger dealership issue but took the time to explain the issues that I’m having…. so I am able to have better knowledge going into the dealership with.

The staff at Firestone is always polite and professional, giving useful guidance and never trying to sell you stuff you don’t need. Pricing is reasonable. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I like that there is a nice, large, air conditioned room to wait if you can’t drop the car off. Also, there is a coffee shop next door if you want to wait somewhere else.

Went in for a vehicle inspection and they got it done fast. Gave me the report and upfront pricing right away, then fixed everything the same day. I'm not really a car person so I appreciated that they explained what was wrong in plain terms. Good communication start to finish

Friday evening 6.30 PM I discovered my rear left tire gone flat. Firestone was about to close. Made a call and Mr Jameson M understood the time criticality and extended service few minutes beyond closing hours. Highly appreciate this: showing empathy to your customers. When I carefully drove my car there, Mr Jean - the professional who attended my car politely and quickly replaced the punctured tire with spare one. One more person standing with the customer. Such people make you believe humanity exists. Firestone Management: it's such people who will bring a repeat customer like me to your outlet. Appreciate such staff.
